If your account holds a bonus balance, the rollover requirement must be completed before you can make a withdrawal. If the rollover is incomplete, only your original deposit may be withdrawn — the bonus will be forfeited.

898ok offers a variety of bonuses — including a Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, Free Spins, and special occasion promotions (Eid, Boishakh, etc.). Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Withdrawing after claiming a bonus without completing the rollover requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be suspended
• Cashback bonuses can be withdrawn directly — no rollover required
• Any bets placed with bonus funds that are voided will not count toward the rollover requirement

898ok reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time. In the event of a bonus-related dispute, 898ok's decision is final.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting at 898ok:

• Once a bet is accepted, the amount is deducted from your balance immediately
• Bets can be cancelled before the event starts (where cashout is available)
• If an event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded
• During live betting, there may be a slight delay when odds change — this is normal and due to technical reasons
• 898ok reserves the right to void bets if match-fixing or irregular results are suspected
• 898ok reserves the right to void any bet where there is a clear error in the odds

For parlay or multi-bets, all selections must be correct to win. If one bet is voided, it is removed and the remaining odds are recalculated accordingly.

All casino games on 898ok run directly on the systems of licensed third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, etc.). Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are independently verifiable.

Important things to know about games:

• Each game's RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term statistical average — it is not guaranteed within any single session
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, bets on the incomplete round will be refunded
• If game data is lost due to a network issue, the round will be resolved by verifying the server logs
• Game rules follow the respective game provider's guidelines — 898ok does not modify them

Points earned in fishing games are converted directly to cash and credited to your account balance. In crash games, if a server crash or disconnection occurs, the round will be settled according to your auto-cashout settings.
